So here we are week two of Kumon. Now I know it is not for everybody. It is a bit like marmite, people either love it or hate it. For me personally, the jury is still out, all I know is Noah loves it, he asks daily to do is Kumon numbers and letters worksheet. I am finding it hard to get into the routine of doing worksheets every day. However, his number recognition in a week has improved. He enjoys attending the sessions, we currently go on a Tuesday and Thursday at 3.30pm and Saturday morning at 11am. He enjoys the independence of going in a “classroom” without mummy and learning how to hold a pencil. Is it for ever? Who knows? All I know right now it fits in with our family life.
